PRODUCTS AND COLLECTIBLESCNC Hobby Co sells trading cards, sealed trading card products, collectibles, Funko Pops, blind boxes, hobby products, accessories, and related merchandise.
Collectible products may vary in appearance, packaging, printing, centering, coloration, or other manufacturing characteristics. Unless specifically stated otherwise, CNC Hobby Co does not guarantee the grade, condition grade, pull rate, contents, future value, scarcity, or investment performance of any collectible or sealed product.
Images are provided to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors and appearance may vary depending on the customer’s device and manufacturing variations.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITYPrices, promotions, product availability, and quantities may change without notice. Collectible-market prices can fluctuate rapidly, and we are not obligated to honor a previous price after a price has been changed.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, incorrect prices, inventory errors, or other mistakes. If an error affects an order already placed, we may contact the customer and, when appropriate, cancel and refund the affected item or order.
ORDERSSubmitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected resale abuse, or other circumstances that could adversely affect CNC Hobby Co or its customers.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONSPurchases are subject to the CNC Hobby Co Return & Refund Policy posted on our website. Due to the collectible nature of many of our products and the possibility of product tampering, trading cards, sealed trading card products, collectibles, Funko Pops, blind boxes, and other collectible merchandise are final sale as described in that policy.
Online orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERYShipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
